What's covered
Manufacturing defects
Any defect in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase, for the lifetime of the original owner.
Internal baffle integrity
Titanium baffle stack covered against erosion under normal use within rated calibers.
Mount system
Direct-thread and quick-detach mount systems guaranteed against failure under spec.
What's not covered
Misuse and over-pressure loads
Damage from non-spec ammunition, sustained-fire abuse, or use beyond rated calibers.
Unauthorized modification
Any alteration or service performed outside our facility voids coverage.
Cosmetic finish wear
Cerakote / Cerakote-equivalent finish is a wear surface; cosmetic wear is not covered.
Claim process
Three steps. No runaround.
- Step 01
Register the suppressor
Submit the registration form below within 30 days of receipt to activate coverage.
- Step 02
Open a claim
Email warranty@deadline-defense.com with your serial number and a description of the issue.
- Step 03
Return for evaluation
We provide a prepaid shipping label. Repair or replacement turnaround is typically 14 business days.
Register your suppressor
Activate coverage.
Register within 30 days of receipt. We'll keep the record on file so you never have to dig through paperwork to file a claim.
